"LAPS FOR LITERACY" 2010 Invitation to Participate
During 2010 we are encouraging schools to participate in our l event "Laps for Literacy'. Schools that participate will ask their students to run, jog, walk laps of their school oval during 2010, to raise awareness and funds to "Books for Kids" program.
Children will be given sponsor forms to take home to get sponsors for them to run, jog or walk for "Laps for Literacy".
It also encourages children to read and get some exercise at the same time.
All Schools who Participate will go into a draw to win:
Three lucky schools will WIN a workshop at their school conducted by a leading Australian children’s author! Valued at $1500 each.
